Acclaim for Learning P.E.A.C.E.

Ms. Everett has trained school staffs in the program Learning P.E.A.C.E in schools in Canada, and the Caribbean, and together with Ms. Steindorf throughout Germany. The phenomenal success of the program has merited international press and acclaim.

Cornelsen Verlag, one of the largest publishing houses in Germany (the largest in education), and partners of Oxford Press England, approached Ms. Everett and Ms. Steindorf in 2002 and asked them to write a book about their educational program. At publication of the book Learning Peace - The Practical Handbook for a Positive School Climate (printed as: Frieden lernen® - Das Praxishandbuch für ein positives Schulklima) in August of 2004, the publisher printed a 30 page excerpt from the book and distributed it to 10,000 grade schools and 25,000 teachers nationwide.
